Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible Items

Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days on products that do not contain switches (such as empty tester bases, keyboard stands, and other accessories). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items (Custom Switch Testers)

Returns are NOT accepted on custom switch testers. Because these are custom-assembled to your specific selections, we cannot accept returns. The reason for this policy is to prevent the practice of ordering large testers to try switches with the intention of returning them after use. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your custom switch tester or any other product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We make exceptions for products broken during shipping.

How to Start a Return

To start a return for an eligible item, or to report a damaged item, you can contact us at calvin@clackify.com. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at calvin@clackify.com.
