Hey there. I'm Calvin, the person behind Clackify. Like a lot of people in the mechanical keyboard hobby, I started out just looking for the right switch. I quickly realized that reading reviews, watching sound tests, and comparing force graphs online only gets you so far. You really need to feel a switch in person to know if it is the right fit for your build. The problem is, buying packs of 70 or 90 switches just to test a few gets expensive fast. That is exactly why I started Clackify. I wanted to build the best custom switch tester experience out there, giving people a way to try exactly the switches they are curious about without wasting money on full sets they might never use.

Clackify is a one person operation based in Kansas City. Every single custom switch tester is hand assembled by me. When you place an order, I pull the exact switches you selected from a library of over 700 options, seat them in the base, and pack everything up so it arrives ready to use. No automation, no warehouse. Just one enthusiast making sure every tester goes out right.

Beyond testers, I also design and sell keyboard stands (which have become one of the most popular items in the shop), along with accessories like switch earrings, keychains, and fidgets. My goal with everything I make is the same: provide genuine value to the keyboard community, keep prices fair, and offer the kind of service I would want to receive myself.
